In our third edition of the #NeverAlone series, we take a look at the role of religion when it comes to mental health and whether it helps or affects us.
Some argue that the number of free-thinkers is on a rise in today's digital age, as people tend to be exposed to information that might give them some direction in life. Conversely, others argue that the lack of religion is one of the causes of mental health issues.
This 90 min session sees a panel of subject matter experts and also raw experiences of individuals who have either experienced the adverse or positive effects of having a faith.
